Saving the pennies via a new power supply

I'm running two PC's a old HTPC, and a proxmox server. The power supply in the proxmox, as die'd And i'm looning at replacing the power supply's on both, I don't need anythink over 500W for the two machine, But see it as a opportunity, to save on 40 odd pence a day, Which when iut comes to server's. can be a £145 saving a year. which are the best one to go for, when buying a pair, and the budget around £100.

If you want to save money then a Gold rated efficiency PSU will be the best (there is Platinum and Titanium rating, but boy they are expensive

600W and all the cables does seem a bit OTT though, but the energy and thus cost saving potential is there though.

Ohhh Ta. Right now the proxmox, is running on said very cheap power supply from a cheap pc from a computer fair, and it's costing 2p a hour more.Just with apower supply.

Great, I'll be looking into it, Need two, As i plan on upgrading the HTPC for 1080p, anyhow. Tho; i'll ask, as TBH £145 or more a year not to be sniffed at. At the one year saving can pay for a upgrade.
