Ok, so just got a SB setup so obviously I'm a newb. I have the multiplier set at 46 and it goes to 4.6Ghz, but then after a short while in IBT (like 10 seconds) it drops to 4.2Ghz. Is this a feature of 'turbo boost' (or other) or am I missing something here?
SB set to 46, but keeps dropping to 42 under load?
