My card all of sudden has started causing BSOD, keep coming back to the Creative drivers.

Have tried uninstalling-reinstalling with no joy, neither are Creative any help.

Anyone experience this have any solutions?

After uninstalling the drivers did you boot up in safe mode and wipe any remnants of the drivers using a program such as 'driver sweeper'? If not give that a try.

Yeah deleted all remnants of the drivers even cleared the registry?

It's worth giving PAX drivers a try.
