SBlive & Kt400 chipsets

Are there still issues with these creative soundblaster live cards and via kt400 chipsets?

Both my kids machines have my old sblive cards installed and both will stutter when playing audio, mpeg2 and divx

Tried everything from the bios level right up to the latest drivers for everything and I still cant stop this stuttering problem

Tried those drivers myself, but they they have a bit too much reverb, noticeable on Oblivion sword sheath/unsheath. Might go back to onboard sound.

Noticed I gained 5fps in 3dmark sound test between Creative SB Live drivers and the KX drivers.

Im just happy the dam thing works now, I just dont get how this stuttering problem appeared over time, it didnt happen straight away.

We shall do some game testing later and see if we get any reverb problems, I might just switch over to on-board sound or buy them a couple cheap audigy's maybe
