On SBS 2003 how can I check which user(s) have been logging on to a certain pc?

A login script can be used to export user details to a .txt or .csv file for you to review at your lesure.

All the users on my site run a login script, the last thing this does is write the username, pc, IP date and time, to a log file on the network.
