we have an SBS server with two 80Gb drives in mirrored RAID.

The drive is partitioned into two C: and D:

C: is fast running out of space really. Is there a way I can extend it?

How big is your C:\ drive, and what is making it run out of space.

With SBS, check your Logs folder for WWW service logs, or see how many bckup files you have from MS updates, and if there are loads get a cool little utility called Update Cleanup to get rid of the backup files, that are left behind.

But really rather than extend the C:\ drive, you need to get to the root cause of the used space. :)

Probably depends on the RAID card. We recently upgraded a mirrored RAID system on a HP DL360 G3 by first taking out one of the smaller disks and putting in a bigger one while the system was live. Once the mirror had rebuilt take out the other small disk and put in the second larger replacement disk. Let it rebuild the mirror again. At this point the mirror was still at the size of the smaller disks, but the HP RAID utility let us resize the RAID to the maximum capacity of the bigger disks.
