SBS 2003 policy help!

I'm voluntary administrator for SBS 2003 at community centre and if I'm doing something like adding networked printer under client account, it refused to do that unless I have to log in as administrator then back again to client account and do it again, it is waste of my time...is there a short cut for this?

Make sure everyone has rights to the printer on the server?

I can do this on our network without logging in as admin.

Can you make the 'Users' group, a member of the 'Print Operators' group?
