Does SBS 2003 have a facility to log internet surfing eg. which websites people are visiting?

Are u running sbs premium? Is so are u using ISA?

SBS2003 Premium with ISA Server will log internet usage yes. The standard edition doesn't.

There is a ton of info at www.smallbizserver.net on SBS.

We are not running ISA server...yet!

If you want something cheap, cheerful and easy to setup could look at something like CcProxy which will log traffic for you.
