sbs 2003 - where is this setting

Hi All

In SBS 2003 where is the setting which stops everyone being allowed to manually change the IP information of their pc by going into TCP/IP settings.

I know I saw it under some kind of security or policy setting but can't remember where.

I'd assume it's a group policy, maybe the "Prohibit access to properties of a LAN connection" under User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Network, Network Connections. Run an RSOP and see what Group policy restrictions are set on an average user.
