sbs server - premium addon

As in buy two Premium addon licenses and run two additional servers? Or use one Premium addon for two additional servers?

SBS Licensing FAQ

Q. How many servers may I use to run the SBS 2011 Premium Add-on server software?
A. You may run the SBS 2011 Premium Add-on server software only on one server.

Q. How many instances may I run with a license of SBS 2011 Premium Add-on?
A. With one license of SBS 2011 Premium Add-on, you may run one instance of the server software in one physical operating system environment or one instance in one virtual operating system environment on the licensed server. However, there is an exception for virtualization. See the virtualization Q below.

That conflicting info i have read on the sbs page at ms, it states you can have more than 1 premium add on servers

Where did you see this? I was under the impression that you could only have 1 Premium Add-On, as #Chri5# suggested.

Q. Why does Windows Small Business Server now use an add-on model instead of just offering standard and premium editions?
A. By moving to an Add-on model, customers can purchase the SBS 2011 Premium Add-on when required. There is no restriction on how many they can purchase, and the add-on model provides better flexibility and choice with SBS.

I can't see that Q/A on that page...

Do you need two additional servers both with SQL? If you need to add additional 2008 R2 servers without SQL, an OEM 2008 license is cheaper than a Premium add-on. IIRC, an SBS CAL covers useage of member Windows Servers up to the version of Windows "in" SBS.
