Hi guys,
If something is 1:25 when printed in A3 size, what will it be when printed in A1 size?
Cheers
A1 is 4x as large as A3 if that helps.
12.5
Guys... Stop posting up if you don't know the answer...
It's 1:12.5
Think of a 10cm square box. At A3, and 1:10 scale, it is 1x1cm on paper. A1 paper is twice the length and twice the width of A3. If your box increases in size with the paper it is now 2x2cm, or 1:5.
So, to go from A3 to A1, you can halve the scale.
