Scaling fault with Chrome

Anyone else noticed a scaling fault with the new version of Chrome? Websites looking too big for the browser window. I have to manually change the scaling for every page I visit since the update otherwise the contents scroll off the screen.

I have seen a fix mentioned on Chrome support but it doesn't work and I still have to manually change.

Maybe because I use 125%? I have found by using the command: /high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1 at the end of the exe, fixes the issue.
