Scaling issues on Lightroom CC on external monitor

Hi i have recently got a dell xps 13 4k panel version and when attached to my dell 24inch ips panel monitor via HDMI , Lightroom doesnt auto scale itself when i move the window from the laptop screen to the monitor.

it looks like this:

Other programs like chrome scale fine on both monitors

Check the resolution scale on the monitor, might be set to something like 150%.

no its set to 100.

Try logging off while the monitor is still attached, and then log in again. Does the scaling issues still happen? I had to do this with my SP4 since the SP4 screen was on 200% scaling while the monitor was on 100%, and only logging out and in solved some scaling issues for me.

i managed to fix it, you need to go inside the compatibility mode and force dpi scaling to "system(enchanced)"
