Scammed by a retailer ?

return as unwanted in the options or ordered by mistake might work? If they say owt about card say its what came in the post. You should have 14 days no quibble policy.

That or contact gamers nexus about ur issue they might run a story on it or have advice.

Saw on hotukdeals a offer for a 3060 palit at same place i think u got ur card from for 4xx ish but, when i looked, they had a like new one for 200, bet thats a scam an all.

tbh if you can get away with it i dont see the company as a victim after them charging 2 times msrp for so long. shame they dont check and send them out to other customers though

Yup, stealing is definitely OK if you don't like the victim's perfectly legal business practices!

iv had similar issue with ocuk in the past. sent me a returned item which clearly had the previous customers name and address label on it too. but they took the item back and gave refund so no money lost.

Had a conversation today to say if was being processed (I did record this) and an apology but still no refund so not counting any chickens just yet.
Pc is just sat there looking glum as have no GPU at all now

If you are in the know and from whats been written about them on here and in the news you dont buy a GPU off them especially a £1000+ card. You are lucky you got a GPU usually you get a lump of lead.

On a similiar subject we get a few items off there and they have started using their own delivery vans (grey vans with Amazon on the side) and drivers instead of agency workers and one driver said they have been ordered to take delivery photos because there have been a lot of items going "missing" which they think is these agency drivers (usually a plain white van)

Even today I had an order coming and it said "delivered through letterbox" which it hadnt so I did a chat and the customer service rang the delivery driver who said "he had scanned them by mistake when he made another delivery" and "he will deliver them as fast as possible".
So I waited and about half an hour ago my neighbour came home and knocked on the door my order had been delivered next door by mistake!

Delivery drivers are pretty useless and overworked had a £250 parcel left 10 houses away outside on the doorstep by mistake, anybody could have took it had to search the street door by door to find it.
Did get £20 gift voucher from the well known retailer JL so worked out ok.

Was been delivered by Hermes and parcel should have needed to be signed for by customer, which what the delivery guy said happened, yeah right lol.

A couple of times i've had to give the driver a code for high value items, seems a good way to do it.

Obviously doesnt protect you from someone swapping the contents of the box, but at least they can't "mistakenly" claim delivery
