Scared to overclock higher.

Firstly, I have an ASUS P5WD2 Premium mobo and a Pentium D 930 Dual Core overclocked to 4ghz from 3ghz.

The FSB is 267 mhz x 15 multiplier
The CPU voltage I increased from 1.3v to 1.35v.
MCH Voltage is 1.5V

I want to increase the fsb to 300 fsb.

What CPU and MCH voltages shall I try?

ususally most memory can do 300+ with relaxed timings, also what are the temps?
