this game is shockingly bad - anyone else played it?

I tried to play it, but my mouse is jerky which makes it impossible to play, however, from what I did see, Im not too fussed that its screwed.

here are a whole lot of little things about Scarface: The World is Yours that make it fun, but it’s the sum of its parts that make it the overall great game that it is. It does a whole lot to fix many of the problems with other games in the genre, and it does an absolutely fantastic job of bring the world of Scarface to gamers. While it isn't quite perfect, we won't hesitate for a second to recommend it to action fans everywhere.
Sounds pretty good to me...an Al Pacino as Tony Montana rocks!!

Gamespot give the PS2 version 6.4 and Xbox 6.6 Not very convincing scores. I would have course be getting it for PC but I imagine its basically the same as on consoles. I so wanted this game to be great cos I really want a new GTA style game but as with Godfather I dont know wether to risk getting it.
This game has a lot of stuff better then Vice City imo you feel you have more power and that something i found missing in GTA games.
Considering you are the Don and own everything you really couldnt do much when your at the top only the map etc bigger in Vice City.
Here a few things I like in Scarface
* When you own buildings you can buy up to 5 henchmen to protect them also Security Camera.
* Conversation different people you talk to in game you can have different conversations much more diverse then GTA games.
And its Just not one sentence either you can keep talking by using the B button on 360 controller or i think T on keyboard.
* Also employing Assasin and Enforcer you can become these people by clicking in options you must buy these in the exotic menu.
Its great fun as you can do missions for Tony earn money then swap to Tony to desposit the money at the bank.
* You also have mini games EG when laundering money to bank you have to Press T hold it down let go just at correct time you get a better rate.
Also gangs you can do same mini game if you get it right you can lower heat.
* Also other gangs will attack your buildings if they suceed you have to pay for repair.
and much much more
a lot of stuff in this game makes it much better then GTA imo although GTA games are good i find a lot of features in Scarface to be much better.
