Scariest Monster / Thing in a game?

So, what freaked you out most of all in a video game?

For me, possibly the enemies from Dead Space or Silent Hill... Pyramid Head wasn't pleasant to get chased by.

I wasn't terrified, but I wasn't happy either!

I keep forgetting about it!

Just was playing some of ultimate Doom... the sound is amazing for the demons and zombies...
