All depends really on what the quality of the scart cables your connecting to it are like?.

Are you using decent quality scart cables? RGB video only etc?

If your just using a standard/cheapish scart cable then id get the cheapest adapter, it really wont make that much difference.

I would have thought the Belkin would be of a higher standard. Obviously there is more money involved in buying Belkin but yer I would say go for them.

Belkin are awful, their routers are unreliable and their ups just dont work at all.

If you dont mind spending more money then this scart switcher has had some excellent reviews and with using ixos cables you wont have any loss in quality.

Are you positive that you need one?

Sometimes you can wire the kit in differently and avoid the need for one.
