Anyone seen any reviews etc?

Out in a fortnight I think.

Looks like a good pick up and play type family game, good for Xmas?

Thoughts?

Try the demo from Xbox Live marketplace. I thought some of the questions were a bit too obscure but I'm not a massive film buff.

Got it pre-ordered for £19, with crossed fingers it comes through for that price. Would prefer something a bit more along the lines of Buzz but in its absence it will do.

I've got it preordered. Love the demo and think it would be a great game to play with a few mates round.

I don't think it will last long though since once you've seen all the questions then what's the point?

IGN have a review of it

Scene It? isn’t going to blow up anyone’s skirt as revolutionizing the way you play games, nor does it pack any kind of visual punch, but that doesn’t take anything away from the undeniable fact that it’s a very fun game to play with a group of friends. Is it worth the 60 dollar entry fee? Given that a regular game of Scene It? is going to run you 40 bucks from a retail store, I’d say, yes. You get hundreds more questions, four controllers (even if they have ripped off Buzz’s design), and the real kicker is that the Xbox 360 varies the 1,800 questions much better than a standard DVD player. Movie buffs, the game for you has arrived.

7/10

I quite enjoyed the demo. I'm not much of a movie buff though, still had a good laugh with it. Will be getting the game when it comes out. But what I really want is a music based game like this for the 360.

I'd like A friends version. I'm a big friends fan, and I play my girlfriend on the PS2 friends game quite a bit, Surprisingly fun while drinking!

I know the scene it board game has a friends version, But i want the buzzers!

Mine just arrived today, checked my statement and a snip at £19 (Even got free dleivery) :)

Havent got round to loading it up, but looking forward to having a blast later.

Played it the other night with my wife and two kids. It was great fun, allthough i dont like how you can see what answer people have picked, my stupid kids kept copying my answers and fluking the others to beat me.

The xbox button is also not well placed, as people keep accidently pressing it and pausing the game which drove me crazy.

If you play the main game rather than party play you dont see what answers anyone else pressed until after the answerr is revealed so its a lot better. Really quite enjoying it, had a fair few people over today so we were playing for a while. I hope they make use of the buzzers with further releases liked Buzz has, alsthough I really just want a general knowledge quiz rather than it just be film orientated.

Going to pick it up before Xmas. We got the DVD board game last year and it was really good fun with all the family around. This console version looks even better and the way it varies the questions is better.

Thats good to know Rob, cheers, havent had a chance to play it since then, but will give that a bash this week sometime.

Its slightly misleading really, I think the part play is more of a mix of questions according to the voice over but I didnt notice any difference. The other thing I noticed, and this might have only been as we were playing with 4 players was that we didnt have to wait until the timer had ran out in the main game, but we did in party play. As I said it might just be a 4 player thing.
