Schedule newsgroup downloads

I was thinking of using a low powered box to download from newsgroups during the night, does anyone do this ?

Was wondering what client I could use to schedule downloads at a certain time?
Any command line ones ?

I use SABnzbd on an NSLU2.

It has a web interface.

SABnzbd was sent from God.

It has RSS feed support, which is a blessing.
