Unless you are in a situation where the network between the two hypervisors is only up for a certain timeframe I’m not sure why you’d do this?
The whole point of the replication interval is to keep delta syncs low and thus potential data loss in the event of failover also low.
If you want a daily backup instead, try using something like Veeam VBR.

You could probably use a scheduled task to pause+resume replicaion when you want it to occur.
