In another magnificent oversight by MS it has become apparent to me that they have not included the ability to synchronise the scheduled tasks folders between two nodes on a cluster.
Instead of adding them as a cluster resource they have just bombed them in as normal and you have to create the same schedule on each node for incase of a fail over the other node wouldn't have the tasks on it.
In addition, you can't just copy the scheduled tasks between the same folders because the log-on credentials have to be reset on the new node although it does save some time.
Ok, to the question. Is there an application that can help me? 3rd party software, a script? ANYTHING to spot the change on one and echo it on the other? I was even contemplating SyncToy! But not sure if this would work or not.
pls help
