have been diagnosed with this recently, its troublesome and struggle quite a bit with being normal; dunno how you all deal with it but mostly can cope with changing situations but it gets a bit weird sometimes.

I have some anti depressants but they've run out a week or so ago and the website is telling me that I must login

The only medical care I can get is 4-6 minutes every 6 months

is there any stress or lifestyle choices that may have caused it to start

the pandemic triggered a new job every 6-9 months, had 4-5 years per job prior to that.
