Was fine up untill yesterday or day before. Only things ive installed is st legacy, vision express c++ thing for mission editor, and the sdk for c++ thing.
What happens is scrolling anything out or ingame is weird. Take browser for example and notepad. When i scroll down it kinda doesnt scroll sometimes and sometimes jumps up a line or two when u begin to scroll down with mouse wheel.
Its highly annoying. Duno how to diagnose the prob to be honest so im here asking the ocuk peeps for help.
