Scorpion Tracker not updating position of car?

Had a Scorpion S7 fitted to my car about 2 months ago and all seemed fine. Didn't pay much attention to the details in the app on my phone other than when it was first installed to make sure it was all working correctly. These things I guess, most people don't check on a regular basis and assume they just 'work'. Until of course the worst happens!

Anyway, for no particular reason I opened the app last night for the first time in weeks to find it doesn't appear to be updating the position or mileage of the car. The GPS map view is showing the last update was on April 15th and is showing the car parked at a retail park I visited during the day. I've also logged in to my account on my PC to see if it was maybe a glitch with the phone app, but it's showing the same thing there too.

I'm calling Scorpion this morning to ask them to look into this, but has anyone had any issues with this sort of thing or know what might be the problem? There haven't been any 'low battery' alerts or anything.

Ta.

I have a Scorpion in my gtr, never had an issue with it in the 2 years ive had it, maybe call the installer? rather than scorpion
I've submitted a support request to Scorpion Track who arranged all the installation.

Out of interest, when you log into your online account there is a 'Send Output Command' box. Mine is marked as 'Permanently Off' and the other option in a drop down box is Permanently On'.

If you click on the 'Permanently On' box, it then appears in a list of 'queued' commands and a line says 'Command will be sent and received when car ignition is turned on'?

@Building Candy , do you have that in your tracker control pages and if so, what is yours set to? I couldn't see that in my phone app, only seems to appear if you login to your account on a PC.

I've no idea what it does so I've not tried setting it to 'Permanently On' yet!!!

*UPDATE* Scorpion Track got back to me, an installer will attend next week and troubleshoot the issue.
I have already had a unit replaced under warranty for same reason and now it’s all started again - missing track, missing journeys … I have a 5 year subscription which now seems pointless - my view of customer service is pretty poor considering that this is meant to be a solution that provides a RELIABLE insurance required product #frustrated

Did you ever get a resolution?

When I spoke to Scorpion they said to leave it with them and they would look into the issue. I got a call back that afternoon to say it should be fixed and to let them know if there were any further issues.

Been working fine since, bar a couple of false alarms which I believe are fairly common.

No idea what they did at their end to fix it though!
