Essentialy the 7 point system is a photoshop workflow that enhances the look of your photos

A quick summary of the workflow i found on the web

* Process in Camera Raw - I used Lightroom to adjust exposure and white balance.
* Curves Adjustment for more Contrast - Photoshop
* Shadows and Highlights - Lab Mode in Photoshop
* Painting with Light - Curves adjustment layer and Painted mask to dodge and burn as desired
* Channels Adjustment - Add a little more pop , Photoshop Lab Mode
* Layer Blend Modes with Mask -More dramatic sky
* Sharpen - Used previously save action for medium sharpening

So does anyone use this method here?

p.s. i dont own this book, just interested to see if its worth getting
