Hi people, I have upgraded to a new faster system, which you can see here.
It includes an I7 920 (currently overclocked to 3.36 Ghz Max load, 1.920 Ghz Idle ( automatic multiplier switching)

Zalman CPN10X Extreme HSF ( which includes a detachable remote controller)
EX58 Gigabyte UD5 Motherboard.
3x2 (6 Gig) 1600 Mhz Ballistix DDR3 Ram
Geforce Palit 250 GTS 1 Gig Graphics Card
500 GIG SATA Samsung Spinpoint 7200rpm Hard Drive
Sony DVDRW Drive
750 Watt Semi-modular Antec Power Supply ( blue led )
Coolermaster Storm Scout Case.

I have to thank my mate Daveyboy who is well known on these forums who came down who helped in putting this machine together and setting up the overclocking settings to enable me to use the power saving features and automatically switch to the set-overclock.

Everything is working perfectly, no hassles, no double booting, no long boot times, noissues wth memory not being recognised, low temperatures ( never goes above 60 degree's on all 4 cores while being tested on prime 95 burn test), Idle temps across 4 cores in a room around 22 degrees @ 1920.02MHz 38 and below and also very quiet. Zalman CNPS10x fan lowest (un-modded speed) of 1024 RPM. 120mm fan behind at default speed.
