Hi guys, wonder if you can shed some light on this.

I do push my car sometimes, but the other day I was pushing it a bit too much as I didn't realise how tight the corner was. The car went round the corner fine, and gripped well, however, it made a horrid metal scraping sound almost as it the brake disc was scraping something when going round the corner.

It does it when I turn in both directions very hard.

The car is under a dealer warranty so I will probably phone them after the bank holiday weekend to see if they can check it out.

Car is in sig. Grande Punto Sporting T-Jet (2008/58 so not old).

Cheers guys.

I'm thinking of changing all the brake pads as they are a little squealy and i've got no idea when/if the last owner changed them. I don't know if that will solve the problem though.

Tyre pressures are fine, checked the alloy rims and they are fine. Has original tyre profile size on.
