Now with the flash they look more obvious than in the flesh but any tips on how I can remove them?

Thanks

i dont think you could remove those, they look too deep, only way would be to buy a touch up stick and go over the scratches

Its only just been lubed with dry wax

Wurth High Performance Dry Chain Lube

Then you havn't done it properly Easy. I'm guessing you cleaned it, applied the Wurth and left it at that ? Wurth needs to be applied in layers when the chain has warmed up after a run out. Been using it for years on my 1098s, among others, and have never seen a spot of rust.

Yep, a touch up pen should do the trick on the scratches.

Your chain looks fine...

I too used Wurth dry chain lube on my 748 and 1098S and it looked just like that. Clean and apply after a run, it's dry Kit, hence why it looks dry... Once the chain gets movement and warms up, the lube turns shiney if that is what you mean.

There are no rust spots in the picture either?

Anyway, as for the scratched, those are deep. Your best bet, is just to use a touch up stick. The groove will be there, but at least they won't be white.
