Scratch remover

I've got a couple of patches on my car where birds have done their business and removing has left behind marks and light scratches

I've tried black t-cut and that's made no difference

Is there any recommendations for what I can use that would cover up marks in the paint?

I've got a black Audi A5 so being black, the marks show up

Can anyone recommend any companies in or around Birmingham or Worcester that would be able to tackle this with a buffer or polisher?
