Hey guys...I recently made my first purchase with OCUK and the order arrived yesterday (GTX680 & BenQ G2450HM 24) Unfortunately the monitor has a hairline scratch on the top left and a dead pixel just off centre. What are my rights on this? Can I RMA the item? I'm confused as to who I must contact looking at the support page...OCUK or BenQ directly?
