Scratched Cpu water block, affecting temps?

I noticed that my cpu block waws scratched in a few places.

I have a triple radiator only cooling Q6600 go at 3.6 ghz with 1.5v in bios. Temps get to mid 50s at load after a while.

Is that ok? When all is at stock voltages and clock speeds it is at 33 load

so you dont think that is hould be getting better than that? Block is ek supreme, but a bit scratched, with a xspc 360 radiator cooling it
