Okay, so as a parting gift, I've noticed that my recently deceased Xbox has kindly scratched 2 of my games - so my replacement Xbox can't read them!
In all honesty it's probably my fault, because while I was trying to fix the freezing problems with my old Xbox, I moved the Xbox around while the games were playing - so now i have some circular scratches on the disk.
They're not particularly deep and they don't go around the entire disk, so I was wondering.... before i take them to Blockbusters to get them looked at (apparently they do a disc repair service) - does anyone know of a REAL working home-made solution that will fix them up?
Apparently toothpaste is BS... but i think I remember using Brasso in the past!
Any one had any luck?
Thanks!
