Hey guys I have a GNR screen, 17" TFT...

Over the last 4-5 months the screen has been making loads of marks and stains i.e. the vista sidebar stained the screen, so it was like faded there permanently and still is...

Up till now it has become worst... the whole screen is "motion" blurred...

I’m not sure if it is my graphic card causing this or the screen is just crap?? Or is it the DVI to VGA Changer???

Not on the screenshot it isn't ;)

That shows what SHOULD be showing on your monitor, if your screen is physically faulty then it wont show on a screenshot.

and have some stars ;) lol

Make sure that your screen connections are properly seated and plugged in. Also, hit the 'auto' button on your screen (if it has one). I've seen this fix blurring on most screens.

Yep done that many times still the same, is it the dvi convertor? Or the graphics card messing up the screen???

I plugged in a different screen, its fine however, it might be a matter of time when this screen goes blurry and stained:confused:

IF you used the same cable and DVI ->VGA convertor on BOTH monitors
and it works fine on the new screen fine.

Then sounds like your monitor is screwed
