Screen Cleaning

What is the best way to keep a laptop or monitor screen, what do you guys use?

I use a microfibre cloth that I got with one of my monitors a few years ago, dampen it with tap water (should really use distilled I guess, but never had an issue) and wipe with that, using another microfibre cloth which I got with another monitor to wipe the moisture off, seems to clean it just fine. Neet sell the sort of cloth I use (Neet Optical microfibre cloth)
