Screen dimming in Linux mint

Anyone have any idea how to stop this,doing my head in ive looked all through power management settings,display settings etc i cant find nothing to stop the screen keep dimming on me,soon as i move the mouse it goes back to normal but when i stop..dimms again.

appreciate any help lol

Preferences - Power management - Brightness - make sure 'dim screen when inactive' or whatever it's called isn't switched on.

Which version of Mint are you on, and which desktop environment?

Could try:

gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power idle-dim false

in the terminal?
