Screen Flicker Driving Me Nuts!

i updated my cards to 13.11 beta 9.2 and ever since my screen is flickering like mad, ive tried to revert to older drivers but the same thing happens now.

If i change to 1080p from 1440p it goes away! Strange.
Ive tried disabling Xfire and does not solve anything.
Cards are at stock

Any help would be greatly appreciated

EDIT: All solved, MSI Afterburner had downclocked GPU2 by 50% oddly enough
