i'm getting exactly the same thing as this guy on my brand new 6950

Tho its no where near as bad as that (yet)

Anyone else getting this?

I know its probably not the card itself. but what then is it?
 
I get this now and then when browsing, it never happens in games. Mine isn't that bad really but its there. I use a logitech g500 mouse is here a known issue with logitech
