Im getting a horizontal flicker when i play fifa 09 but my fps are steady 75.

Using Xp, Q6600, 4gb ram, HIS ATI Radeon HD 4670 IceQ Turbo 512MB GDDR3.

What do you thinks happening? just the game? seems to big of a glitch to be the game.
