screen flicker

any suggestions as to what it could be? it only happens on a web browser and desktop its never happens in a game so its not a big deal and only happens every now and again.

iiyama prolite 24''
msi 280x
256gb ssd
i5 4670k not overclocked
rajtek dual 120mm cooler

Does it happen in all web browsers?

Tried a separate cable?

happens on desktops aswell so it cant be the browser right ?

my gpu drivers are upto date i think
