If you get any problems while using Firefox, Tools,advanced an disable "Hardware acceleration". Also try CCC 12.10.

This is still happening for me but i will try the CCC profile suggestion and raise the idle clocks. I am also getting a problem where the second card gets stuck at 500 Mhz core and 1250 Mhz memory, where as the first card is clocking down as normal. Anyone else had this?
