Screen flickers and jumps

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my PC, the screen has started flickering and appears to jump up and down, I don't know any other way to explain it.

PC spec -

Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 7
4790K
KFA2 GTX 970
16Gb Kingston HyperX 2400Mhz

Any suggestions on whats causing it? I've reinstalled graphics drivers but the issue remains. I'm guessing its either the monitor on its way out or the GFX card is borked.

Seems to be the gfx card. I'm seeing the same effect when using hdmi or dvi, but if I switch the card out and replace it with my old 470gtx the issue doesn't present on either input.
