Screen goes blank while playing games.

Hi folks,

Had this prob before and it seems to have returned but not as bad as before! Basically after playing a game for about 20 mins the screen goes blank! If I pause and minimise the game and return to it after a few minutes its ok!

I downloaded GPU-z has recommended but I haven't a clue what its about! Any advice would be great! Cheers!

I played a game again and it went blank so I quickly Alt-Tabbed to GPU-Z and this is what I got:

I don't know how to overclock as yet!
