Screen Grab Pro Problem

Hi

I'm using Screen Grab Pro at work and whenever I go to grab a picture it comes up with an error saying "CANNOT OPEN SCREEN JPG".

Why is this? How can it be fixed?

Don't know what the error refers to, but you could always try another screen capture utility....FastStone Capture

if your running vista, it has its own screen grab software built in
you could try that
