screen nightmare

My day started with a hurrendous hangover. This was made worse when i put a hard drive i use for linux into my machine and the thing wouldnt spin. Blown hard drive. Stressed, but not quite suicidal. Then i turn my laptop on and everything is fine. Next minute i look at it and the screen is being engulfed by an unknown entity. Im sat here watching that monstrosity grow through my screen.

I can understand how you feel. There is little in life that frustrates so much as more than one thing failing at the same time. Maybe the new year will be a great one. Perhaps the problem with your laptop will fix itself. I shall cross my fingers for you.

All the best mate. Phone a few friends and go out for some good old Christmas cheer.
