Hi there. Basically a friend of mine has an Alienware Area 51 laptop and all of a sudden now when he turns the laptop on, the screen just goes grey. The laptop wasn't dropped or damaged or anything, it has literally just done this all by itself.
The laptop still boots up, but just after the WINDOWS XP logo and the scrolling bar appear, the laptop just restarts itself. This is repeated over and over. We know it does this because we hooked it up to my monitor and we could see this happening.
Any idea's as to what is wrong guys?
