Screen Protector

I know lots of phones have Gorilla glass etc these days but are screen protectors still worth having? I've always used them but wondering what others think.

I find that the screens on IPhones to be made of toffee, so always use a screen protector.

Definitely for peace of mind. Accidents happen. I was once grinding coffee using my manual grinder, and the metal handle slipped and smashed right onto my phone screen, but luckily the screen was completely saved thanks to the screen protector; after that, I'll always use a protector.

Plus over time, lint/dust/sand in your pocket will create micro scratches eventually.
