Screen res help

Up untill today i was sat quite happpy with a res of 1680-1050, when boom my screen refuses to play game. Now at this res my screen doesn't fit correctly on the monitor :S, i have tried adjusting the screen setting and nothing...only way i can get the screen to fit properly is at 1440-900 (n)

Any suggestions ? this all happened when i installed CaC3

Could be a driver issue.

Can you give us some more details about the monitor. Brand/Model, size etc.

Edit: And system specs.

Probably just a driver issue, just try reinstalling the latest drivers.

Lg Flatron L204WS, had it for a while and has allways worked fine.
Xfx HD5770 with ccc 10.2 which has been working fine for a week or so :S

Have you tried using the latest drivers yet? For your monitor as well as the gpu.
