Screen Resolution

Have installed windows 10 on my htpc today and can not change the screen resolution. The recommended resolution is 1366x768 and selecting the 1080p option nothing changes. Setting a custom resolution and nothing still changes.

I am using the Intel hd2500 (igpu) but windows update keeps installing catalyst control centre along with display driver. (no amd card installed)

I installed windows 10 connected to my monitor and had no problems only when connected to my TV ... this has never been a problem before.

Any ideas? ... before I try reinstalling tomorrow.

Just done a clean install and have the same problem.

Have you tried finding and installing the correct driver yourself?

yes mate. No catalyst software was installed this time round too

Downloaded and installed latest Intel driver 15. Something.

TV is a LG LH3200

Problem sorted, didn't notice w10 had set the screen scaling to 150% rather than 100% :rolleyes:

Thanks for that it had been bugging me on mine too.
