Screen Ripple?

Hi all, I've just built a new PC, and I've noticed that after about 10 mins of gaming the screen starts to ripple :S I've no idea why and how so I'm in need of help lol, also it doesn't seem to do it on low settings/older games.

The card is a Ati hd 3850. obv u will need more details just as away, and merry xmas.

This is where i've no idea, it's a 450 PSU, and the cards about 80-90.
By ripple it's rather hard to explain, it's the type you would get from splashing water lol, but in straight lines shortly apart if that makes any sense ><

it's 60 when i tab, how would I check ingame?

I also get this problem, could thre be a link lol? A few have said to me the PSU maybe to weak.

Nah i don't normally tab, could it be overheating? or maybe not enough power consumption? and no black it's not like that.

Also when it happens, after i close the game after about 20 secounds it stops, and to explain the effect a bit more, when i look at text it looks to be flicking as apposed to more of the rippe movement.

Basically I wanna try and sort it, or narrow it down to what hardware could be the issue so i can RMA it

Scrap that, still happens even if i didn't tab, it's hardware related whats the best bet it is?

I'm not gonna try anything that voids the warrenty incase i have to RMA it, so i'm gonna try another card later :mad:

K, i tried diff drivers etc no joy, so i tried playing again, it happens, i turn of AA and and Anisotropic and it stops? could this be because theres not enough power or the card overheats? or a bad card? also tried reseating it and tighting cables etc.
